Krzysztof Chechłacz

Tomasz Drebot

Graduated in International Business from the Poznań Academy of Economics and the Faculty of Management of the Universidade Catolica Potruguesa in Lisbon, he also completed postgraduate studies in Business Insurance, Financial Analysis and Controlling. From 2002 to 2011 he worked for the international insurance group Euler Hermes in Poznań, Paris, Istanbul and for the past three years as head of the Warsaw branch at the Euler Hermes office in Warsaw. He is fluent in English, German, French and a little Portuguese. Passionate globetrotter and runner: he traveled to Australia, Hong Kong, the USA, Japan, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Iceland, Morocco, South Africa, and Mozambique. He has completed 8 marathons so far.

Tomasz Janczara

Graduated from the Łazarski University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in financial insurance at the Academy of Economics in Poznań. From 2003 to 2013, he worked for the international insurance group Euler Hermes in Warsaw, switched from the telephone sales to region manager and was responsible for the Lithuanian market in 2009/2010. He speaks fluent English. Loves to travel through Asia and Indonesia.

Robert Kaglik

Graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and the Wroclaw university of Economics in the course of study Insurance in Market Economy, studied at the Maritime Academy in Szczecin. In the years 1991-1993 he worked for the insurance company Westa S.A., in 1994 he started the activity of insurance brokerage. In 1995 he has acquired a brokers license. Participant in numerous training courses on financial insurance, speaks fluent English and Russian. From 1975 to 1987 he was a Polish national judo team. In 2002, he won the runner- up judo championship in Londonderry.

Natalia Bartkowiak (Brzezińska)

Graduated from the Linguistic College in Warsaw. She gained professional experience at the insurance company Euler Hermes and Coface. She joined the RiskMan team in 2018. Thanks to her experience in the insurance sector and experience, she is able to find optimal solutions for her clients. Michał Bujarski

Adam Dąbrowski

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, administration, and Economics of the university of Wrocław and also completed postgraduate studies in business insurance at the University of Wrocław. He has more than 10 years of experience in financial insurance, works with Riskman since 2016.

Tomasz Delman

Graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering. Since 2001 he has been involved in business services. From 2002 to 2019, he worked for the international insurance group Euler Hermes in Warsaw, where he co-founded the receivables analysis service as coordinator of strategic clients, and later became regional manager for the sales of debtor insurance. Since 2010 director of the sales team, responsible for developing the sales strategy and strengthening the company’s position on the Polish market in 3 business areas: debt collection, economic information, and debt analysis. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and scuba diving.

Dorota Dziekańska (Penconek)

She graduated from the University of Warsaw in the field of “Local Government and Regional Policy”. She gained experience at the Euler Hermes Insurance Company in the Policy Management Office. In RiskMan since 2019 as an Assistant Broker.

Dorota Dziedusiewicz

Graduated from the College of Foreign Languages in Opole, specializing in English and from the university of Wrocław at the Faculty of Social Sciences, specializing in Political Science. She received a scholarship under the EU-Socrates Erasmus programme at the University of Plymouth; political science, she has 16 years of experience as a broker in the fields of trade insurance as part of her activities at RKB Sp.z.o.o. and RiskMan Wrocław Sp.z.o.o. she attends many training courses on financial insurance and speaks fluent English.

Dr hab. Dariusz Fuchs

Legal adviser, Arbitrator at the Arbitration courts of the National Chamber of Commerce, the Office of the Insurance Officer in Warsaw, the Office of Financial Supervision Commission and the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice, member of the Project Group on the Restatement of European Insurance Contract Law – Preparation of European Insurance Contract Law for the European Commission (the only pole in this field), Board Research Associate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Experianced mediator and member of the Arbitrators’ Association, author of more than 200 publications in the field of commercial insurance law, compensation law and European law. Monika Kiełtyka

Graduated from the Leon Koźmiński collage of Entrepreneurship and Management. She gained experience with the insurance company Euler Heres in the Office for Risk Assessment and with Michelin Polska. She has a high level of expertise in areas of finance and analysis as well as an excellent knowledge of the market in the area of trade credit insurance, particularly in the automotive sector. She is participant of many credit and sale initiatives. She trains and advises in the field of financial risk assessment.

Eliza Kowalewska

Graduated in Sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the SGGW in Warsaw. She joined the RiskMan team in 2015. Previously, she worked for 6 years at the insurance company Euler Hermes in the Insurance Management office. As a Senior Accountant Manager, she helps you find optimal solutions for customer. Expert in the field of understanding of the complex provisions of the General Insurance Conditions and the clauses in the insurance contracts covering claims of all insurers operating on Polish market.

Ewa Krzemińska

Graduate of SGPI. She completed a postgraduate degree in project management at SGH. First working at an export company, then 15 years at KUKE SA, among other things, developing insurance products, and for several years at factoring companies as an expert for trade credit insurance at the interface to factoring.
